We've had a great time participating in lots of different sporting competitions over the past few weeks. Everyone tried really hard and performed brilliant and we are really proud of all that the Rimon pupils achieved.
Big high fives to all of the Year 4, 5 and 6 girls and boys who took part and a massive well done to the Year 4 boys team who were runners up and to the Year 5 football team who came first in the Maccabi Football Tournament. Josh S and Zac T said:
"The football tournament was a great experience! The first time we played in the previous tournament, we lost! But we learned to work harder as a team and encourage eachother to play better. We were delighted that this approach was successful and when the judge announced that we had won the entire tournament, we went ballistic! It was so much fun!"
We are also really proud of our Cross Country Runners who joined schools from across Barnet to compete. From Year 4 to Year 6, our runners achieved some top spots in their categories and particular shout out to Lila in Year 5 who pushed on even after losing a shoe in the mud!
